With experience working for and alongside major Construction projects like the CHI Convention Center, Pottawattamie County Courthouse, and Duchesne Academy, Kim brings a wealth of expertise to every project.


Her portfolio includes building projects for State Farm and numerous private owners, as well as successful home flips throughout Omaha, including high-end properties exceeding $1.5 million.


Kim's journey in a male-dominated industry, starting from the ground up, showcases her dedication and hard-earned expertise.
